At the Seafood Processing Global Fair 2014 in Bruxelles, Kroma presented this new GUTMASTER FLEX S which is the smallest in a new series of gutting machines from Kroma.
Once again Brahe design supported Kroma in bringing about a new design for the series of gutting machines, leaving a visual appearance that reflects the quality of the function and the machine itself.
The entire series is characterized by being able to change easily from one species to another once the machine is programmed with the anatomy of each species of fish.
The visual appearance of the GUTMASTER 1200, for trout, mackerel, seabass, seabream, tilapia and other species has been a design guideline implemented in other of Kroma’s gutting machines for a decade.
Brahe design supported the company in bringing about this design for their gutting machines.
The machine is designed with a focus on high capacity and is very easy to operate.
